XFETTA is made of special Nitro-B steel, specifically developed to achieve high cutting performance.
XFETTA's exceptional design, featuring an asymmetrical handle and sophisticated aesthetics, allows for a clean and immediate cut, always uniform, ideal for truffle, avoiding any waste.

XFETTA has an innovative design. Thanks to the addition of nitrogen and accurate heat treatment, this special steel achieves high hardness, guaranteeing excellent sharpness and consistent cutting performance over time.
