In the most correct creation of a truffle plantation, it was important to establish whether the soil was suitable for the cultivation of one or more truffle species, through preliminary geological analysis. Soil analyses are essential. They were carried out by a specialized laboratory. The parameters detected during the site visit and the results of the chemical-physical analyses formed the basis for the feasibility study for the creation of a Tuber Melanosporum Vittad truffle bed. This study indicated the best combination of symbiotic plants and truffles, pre- and post-planting work, and cultivation operations throughout the unproductive phase, and even the more delicate productive phase, which have always been very accurate, with many precautions taken with the aim and objective of receiving from Mother Nature a better Tuber Melanosporum Vittad with all its best characteristics and, above all, with a well-rounded shape.

In these three images below you can see the Black Truffle rotting in the ground. For several years I wanted to let the Black Truffle mature and rot, thus allowing a greater dissemination of spores thanks to insects and animals. To date, this has helped to achieve a greater and distinctive quality of production.
Here you can see more than 10 kg of ground fine black truffle which is diluted and distributed in the soil over the entire root system of the symbiotic plants with particular care.
