Ingredienti

80g Tritichelle pasta or wholewheat pasta
as needed Walnut and Precious Black Truffle Cream
50 gr Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
15 gr Tartufo Nero Pregiato
Fiocco di sale nero di Cipro, q.b.

Istruzioni

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat pasta and cook according to package directions, keeping it al dente.

Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it directly to the pan with the Cream of Walnuts and Precious Black Truffle. Stir gently to evenly coat each piece of pasta with the delicious cream.

Preferably add one or two tablespoons of pasta cooking water to make the cream smoother and more velvety.

Serve the whole wheat pasta with Walnut and Precious Black Truffle Cream, finishing with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your precious meal!
