80g Triticelle pasta or wholewheat pasta
as needed Cream of Walnuts and Precious Black Truffle
50 gr Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fiocco di sale nero pregiato
Magia di Tartufo
Pepe nero macinato fresco

Istruzioni

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat pasta and cook according to package directions, keeping it al dente.

Drain the pasta when al dente and transfer it directly to the pan with the Walnut and Precious Black Truffle Cream. Stir gently to coat each piece of pasta evenly with the delicious cream.

Preferably, add one or two tablespoons of pasta water to make the cream smoother and more velvety.
