• 5:00 PM  Truffle hunting demonstration at the dog area in Via Namponti: an opportunity to witness truffle hunting with trained dogs live. This will be followed by a national truffle hunting competition organized by A.S.C. Cinofilia. Sign up with your dog too! Open to all breeds.
• 7:00 PM  Aperitifs and tastings: the piazza's bars will offer special aperitifs, while food stalls will present a wide selection of dishes with summer truffle and wines from Valtènesi wineries. Among this year's novelties will be spiedo with polenta and summer truffle and pizza with summer truffle.
